And probably a good business decision if it can move them just one place up the table. If customers feel they aren't having the piss taken out of them in any business they'll spend more on all the other guff too like merchandise, food and drink etc.
I agree, good points. There is definitely a bigger and more positive outcome with this. It probably won't cost the club as much as it first appears.
And even if it does, it's a business which pays some employees up to £3m a year, at a guess. £300k is small potatoes and there's all the good will to consider. Think how much good feeling there would be for a young QPR team if fans were paying £20 tops. The cost in the Championship would be minimal too.
I'd probably end up doing more away games than home games next season if we did this. Nice one Swansea.
