Like Dean said, SAF did nothing wrong. All he did was to ask for an explanation. Therefore there was NO case to answer and nothing to report.

Pardew is just jealous. As SAF said: "Pardew is a manager of a small North East club while he (SAF) manages the best and most famous club in the world". He pushed a referee who nearly had a severe injury. How is that comparable to asking for an explanation..

the winding up of all the ABUs is such great fun...hahaha <whistle>

Sir Alex, was completely within his rights to ask the referee why he ignored the linesman's flag and allowed the goal. He was also right to ask the linesman why he had raised his flag in the first place. As said previously, he didn't push any of the officials and was no more vocal during the match than Pardrew and his crew but as we know because it involves UNITED and SIR ALEX once again the media make a mountain out of a molehill !!! If the same incident had happened in a Norwich v QPR game, nobody would have known about it, except the fans attending the game

Possibly because a goal that was two yards offside was given when it quite clearly shouldn't have been?

I don't care what swarbs says mate, he's wrong.
If a centre forward is the intended recipient of a pass into the penalty area during an attack then he is active.

    End of.

My view is it was offside. Cisse distracted Evans which is interfering with the player. Word for word what is written in the rules (and even in the picture guides for idiots and ABUs)

My view on SAF is he's been a bit naive - even if he was only having a respectful chat he should know by now the cameras will follow his every move and look for any chance to have a go.

But Pardew is talking out of his arse. The minute the flag went up he was in the 4th official's ear putting pressure on the ref who would have heard every word over the mic. Two minutes of pressuring the officials later, Newcastle get the decision. How the cheeky ****er has the nerve to criticise SAF for having a chat with the ref half an hour after the decision is beyond me.

The funny thing about the way the rules are written is that every single week without fail strikers are given offside the moment they make a move for the ball rather than actually touching it, yet in this instance they decided he would of needed to touch it to be active even though he was clearly moving his foot ready to strike the ball at the time, if that is inactive then I'm sorry but this rule needs to be completely rewritten, basic rules are now so damn complicated that it makes the refs job a much more difficult than it needs to be.

You mean like your manager and his staff did when they thought that goal was given offside? At least he managed to stop himself from "jokingly" pushing the assistant this time though.

And the knock on effect of Fergies actions is that Under 9's managers across the country think they can bhave like him on a Saturday morning, leading to the constant abuse and harrasment of referees who are doing it for the love of the game,

His behaviour over the last fortnight has been a DISGRACE. Sir Bobby Charlton, a true football gent must be squirming in the stand, watching him in action.

When fergie gets done for touting tickets and refuses to attend his own mother's funeral because of a petty family feud then you might have a point.
