Now I'm sure by reading the title of this article you are expecting yet another long winded bashing of MA and his management but no, I actually feel the guy deserves some credit at least for what he did after the game. He admitted he was wrong. I saw the Paulo DiCanio incident from yesterday as well and saw how he basically just mocked the sunderland fans despite DiCanio thinking he was helping the cause. MA is under similar pressure it seems but yesterday after the game he went into the press conference and admitted it wasn't working and needed changing. Personally I'm still in the mindset that if we don't win against Crewe or MK Dons it goodbye Mr. Allen but at least he's not steaming ahead with something that clearly isn't working, he's transfer listed players in an attempt to change the squad and he may now change his style of football to try and change our fortunes. This however means nothing till I and the rest of us Gills fans see actual steps being made rather than just discussed. I've given MA respect for this but I really need to see him do something drastic or I'm afraid he's got to go, cheers for the League title and all but what good is it if were back in that League of Doom with a Squad weaker than the one we got promotion with.
