    When you think about what's missing at ER, you look at the respect JP and Sinni got from the team. There was no way these lads were going retire without getting the treble. That was a fantastic performance where blood and guts was spilled for the cause. Last time I saw something like that was when Keith Senior was retiring and the lads were behind him.

    Why don't we have someone the young kids at ER can look up to. Alan Smith had that respect from everyone, so too did Strachan, Gary Mac, Vinny, Batty to name a couple. We don't have anyone like that and Sam Byram is now a senior player?
