Lapslie has graduated with a degree in Sports Science and Coaching. George is not the most gifted footballer but he has terrific enthusiasm, which should not only earn him a decent career as a footballer, possibly in the lower divisions, but a good career afterwards. We all remember the teachers who were enthusiastic about the subject they taught, and I think he'll be a natural. A wise move.<applause>

    Hats off to George.

    It’s a short & perilous career.

Lapslie watched the game from the NW quadrant yesterday.

I’ve seen his family sitting in there as well.

I think he would benefit from going out on loan for the remainder of the season in January. He’s not going to play much.
