Well my first game since mid December,i went down looking forward to a good game of Football.

I was pleasantly suprised what went before me.

With a little more confidence Watford were there for the taking, nothing to fear and i think we could upset them at Vicarage Road.

SC has put his mark on a set of players that were put together by the last three managers, and has them playing quicker, and with belief.

The ship has stopped sinking, now for it to rise.

Well done SC,hopefully the improvements will continue, and we can finish mid table ready for a tilt at getting out of this crap league the club finds itself in.

Special mention for Marvin fantastic today.
Special mention for Wes you made a massive difference ,have we already got our winger onboard already.

Cotterill has lifted the whole club - on and off the field.
We were excellent today (Wincanton abandoned) and I take my hat off to SC.

Early days but tbf so far so very good. Shorey and Harewood have gone.
Also think he's getting the measure of Wagstaffe, subbed these last 2 games.
Burns has achieved more in 2 cameos that Wagstaffe has all season.
Thought Elliot, Burns and Bryan had great games today.
Reid was best today and my man of the match.

For the first time this season I see hope on the horizon, let's see who he brings in January.

Today was like being in the championship again, We responded in great way to conceding. For large periods we looked the better side and Burns was excellent in setting up JET for the goal.

    'optimistic Redprintt' <laugh>

As long as SC does as I tell him, he'll do well.

    SC - Wagstaffe's next.
    Then Gillett.

To be fair, I thought Gillett was very impressive against Walsall. If he could maintain that level of performance I see no reason not to extend his loan.

I've never thought Gillett impressive, if you do, fair enough.

    I posted this earlier

'Marv actually got to both boxes guys and would have scored had Baldock not got in the way.
Thought Pack 'covered' Marv well which allowed him time to get back.
The strength of Pack and Marv together allowed Reid to show us his real talent.
    Reid 'sees' things so early.
We looked really solid and balanced against a decent Championship side.
Sorry, but should Gillett come back then neither Marv or Reid will influence the game as they did yesterday'.

    Well, that's what I think.

We will know more by the end of February as to whether we get out of this mess.

I think we might even get something on Saturday and had Orient not called the game off on New Years Day, I reckon they were there for the taking with their injury list.
