I have to eat some humble pie this season, unusually for me, but it had to happen eventually <laugh>

I thought you were dreadful at the start of the season, and by the time we met in early March, I still thought there was a good chance you would get relegated. On that day however, and perhaps the week before against Arsenal, it appeared that the corner was being turned, slowly perhaps but certainly effectively. Since then, your performances have been little short of excellent, and here you now are, probably going to finish in the top 10, a feat that TP never achieved.

I was never sure about Mark Hughes after his tenure at Loftus Road, but a lot of credit has to go his way as of today. He has made Stoke play a better way, and to an extent a far more effective way. Enjoy what is left of the season, and lets see if the feat can be replicated or bettered next season <ok>

As for us, well Norwich wont be playing you in the league next season, which is sad for us but hey, **** happens. I just hope it is not too long before our paths cross in the PL once again.

You have been a most welcome visitor on here this season...always unbaised <cheers>

I have joined you in a large slice of humble pie...strangely it wasn't too bad.

I honestly thought that Hooper and Wolfswinkel would score a bucket load of goals between them.

There you go...have good summer and come back fighting next season.

    All the best

    Nick

Cheers Nick, you and everyone else thought that would happen, and safety was assured before a ball was kicked in anger - it's a cruel game sometimes <laugh>

Don't think you have seen the last of me though, just because we will be in the Championship doesn't mean i wont venture over - just like Queenie of QPR <whistle>

    Thai,

I don't think any of the Stoke fans wanted Mr Hughes but they did want rid of Pulis, no one new what this season would bring and at least for us it has been a pleasant surprise, good luck next season.

Many thanks for that. I thought the support you gave your team was good on Saturday,

I liked the chant 'your not so special we lose every week' was very amusing. Bit harsh on Bent though. He has hardly had the chance to wear a Fulham shirt!

    Best wishes for next season
