Weird match today. I didn't expect that result.

I thought we would win hearing who you were missing in your starting line up.

First half, I thought we shaded it. Can't believe some of the missed chances, we spurned.

Second half, other than out goal, you were bossing it. Thought your lads were resolute and stopped us playing. In fact we were crap 2nd half.

Hopefully see you next season.

 

We were in fine form today but 4-1 was flattering. All the best for the rest of the season, smash the mackems and win the cup.

Expected to get nothing today so very pleased. Tough place to go and as you say we're not firing on all cylinders and with guys out.

Scoreline didn't truly reflect the match, stats looked rather even but we were clinical with chances we had. Counter-attacking worked well for us.

Hopefully your day wasn't spoiled too much by it, impossible I know, but best of luck for the rest of the season!

 

You did well countering us in the first half, but you were in our faces in the second half and never gave us a sniff.

A win next week & a semi final place would rectify it though
