In just over 1 months time probably the biggest football club in the world will play at the Walkers Stadium. Very few teams in the UK have EVER played them! The" http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Galácticos " will run out onto our pitch with players we could only dream of with a manager reputed to be the best in the game. I fear some city fans are sleep-walking towards this fixture and will miss out. Despite all the criticisms (Cost, only a friendly), it WILL sell out and it IS going to end up on TV, across Europe and Asia that day. I say wake up foxes faithful, get your tickets and take your nippers along for a memorable day. Avoiding any delusions of grandeur, this is as big a kick about as we've ever seen in Leicester and shouldn't be missed!
We have our tickets. Cant wait to see Peltier kick Ronaldo. He should be able to roll our new pitch the amount of times he will be on the floor. Or there again he might just piss all over us
I would love nothing more than to take my family along for what will be one of this Stadiums most memorable matches for countless years to come. Unfortunately my incomings minus my outgoings, on top of a pre booked holiday the week before. Wont allow me to take them no matter how i try and fiddle the figures!!!. Although i keep on buying lottery tickets just in case
I come back from Turkey in the early hours of the morning. This and the fact I don't live in Leicester make it difficult. So I am still 'umming and aarrring'! Agree with what you say about the occasion though.
I would love to go but I'm in Africa at the time...gutted! I'm not going to lie, I'd have paid anything up to £50 to see this match...just thinking about missing it makes me sick!
I might get one soon, but atm, money is tight, and its 1 hours worth of petrol each way to the Walkers for me. Will look in the sofa for extra funds
