See Vlad Weiss is in the Sun blaming Ally McCoist for him not returing to Rangers...

I personally thought he was average and had about 2/3 good games for Rangers ( and CIS Cup final for a good cameo). Based on what I saw and my mates' opinions.

Would any Rangers fans on here have wanted McCoist to sign him?

Not for me, typical winger, 1 great game, 4 mediocre games.

Plus, we can't afford to pay £4m for him then give him £25k a week for 4 years.

Decent loannee though.

The boy certainly had some talent, but wasn't as effective as he should have been. He was usually more interested in doing mazy dribbles than passing to a team-mate who had got himself into a good position. To read some of the salivating posters on FF, you'd think we'd let Pele slip through our fingers. At the salary he would have wanted, he wouldn't have been value for money and McCoist was right not to pursue him.

The SUN(!!!) sensationalised a headline to **** the idiots into a frenzy.

In essence, Weiss said that he wanted to come to Rangers, but Rangers never tried hard enough to get him.

he was a decent player but as someone said earlier, he was never too keen to pass the ball to somebody in a better position when he could try to beat another couple of players on his own.
did a lot of good work and then ruined it by trying one thing too many.
