Bookies odds aren't just based upon the likelyhood of something happening though, Ghoddle.
They alter them based upon bets, too.
Liverpool fans have put more money on it, so they have shorter odds, to reduce losses if it does happen.

I agree about the Johnson OG.
What happened to Dalglish's moaning about the refs this week?

Hi PNP, I'm well aware of how betting odds operate. However, it is worthy of note that Liverpool are still favourites to finish above us, despite us currently looking the better team. Naturally, the odds will change in our favour should we beat Arsenal and Pool slip up in the next round of fixtures.

That's because there are that many deluded, thick, Scousers, who are happy wasting their money (or somebody elses') betting on something that ain't going to happen.

Spurs and Liverpool have already shown that they aren't as consistent as the top three in either results or performances so it's looking like a battle between the two for fourth, IMO.

Our results got a lot more consistent when we fielded a central midfield - which we didn't do in the first two games, as we didn't have one available.

At least AVB can say Chelsea were the better, more efficient team without looking like a deluded fool whose contract just got a lot shorter, which is an improvement on the previous week's result and performance.
