I guess looking at these three, draws all round would be best from a NCFC perspective? Nottm Forest v Wolves Ipswich v Bournemouth Derby v Watford A massive ask, I know, but if we beat Hootun's boys, what a shot in the arm for the yellow and green entourage {If Carlsberg 'do' Good Fridays, can they please "do" this one }
For me, and God strike me down for this if he must, it would be... Draw Ipswich win Draw I can't really see us failing to make the play offs, so I'm not really bothered about the binners, and, despite impressive recent form, Bournemouth are far from guaranteed automatic success. We know what this league can be like on any given day, and they could easily slide into a sticky 2 or 3 game patch. I'm still looking up rather than over our shoulder's.
It pains me to say this, but I agree with you Carrabuh. Only joking, I find we often have thought in common.
Home wins for me as well, Bournemourh and Watford are the only two teams that worry me from here on in.
I don't think we can write off Middlesbrough either (though that opinion may change after this weekend), but agree that home wins would be my choice as well.
My thinking is that as we play Boro finishing above them is in our own hands, however we can't do anything about Watford or Bournemouth's games, and these are two of their toughest matches left so we really could do with them both dropping as many points as they can from them.
Yep, since my original comment I've looked at the table / form more closely and am now leaning more towards a.. Not really bothered Binners win Derby win IF we do our job this has to be best for us. Big If though!
