Last day today and off until 2nd week of the New Year. I shall be busy in the kitchen as the Grove clan are out tonight, at a family do on Sunday and out again on Christmas Eve. My mince pies have been requested at each event, I am just like Paul Hollywood apart from the beard, not being a Scouser and I don't have a 20-something year old bit of totty to stick it to. Downed tools until after Christmas so I can try and sit back and do sod all for a week or two. Still got some decorating to do as the new bits of the house are making the other areas look tired. I also aim on spending some quality time in my imaginary shed with the new amp and try to learn the 12 bar blues progression I got for homework by the guitar teacher. First Christmas when I will actually be seeing the kids in the morning, all previous years Mrs Grove has taken them off at the crack of dawn to the Outlaws to do their presents but they've bailed this year. Means I don't get a lie in on Christmas morning though, boo. I hope you all, well most of you, actually a few of you, have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Last day at work this year, back January 2nd, 11 days off Going out in Hitchin tonight Saturday shopping, laundry, put up xmas tree and decorations Sunday bird and her step-mom arrive Monday last minute shopping, lunch out Tuesday eat and drink all day Wednesday ditto Thursday off to Norfolk Friday-Monday might go metal detecting once or twice New Years Day eat and drink and try not to get too miserable about having to work the next day
What a schedule I've got lined up troops. Tonight, probably go out for dinner then hopefully empty a load in her arse. Tomorrow, playing 7s in the morning then going into toon with the fleeto (wives too). Me and Julie got a room booked so debauchery almost guaranteed. Sunday - up early and off to McDermid park to watch the Mighty take on the Super Js. Never been to McDermid so it's another ground off the bouquet list. Monday - Lochrie family tradtion is take the weans to the cinema whilst Julie prepares the Xmas table, but Bernadette is now working so she's bombed out so it'll be me and Declan. Tuesday - 14 SKULLS coming to Lochrie Manor for Xmas dinner - think her sister is staying at ours so I'll be on the lookout for soiled pantays. Wednesday - Off to The Big House to watch Morelos PUMMEL Hibs and see TLB explode in a fit of Xmas beel. Thursday - Back to work - 7s at night. Friday - Working again. Saturday - NEW OLD FIRM GLASGOW DERBY - Celtic without a striker and Rogic away - can see an emphatic 5 niler. Sunday - Lanzarote bound. January.... BACK ON THE ANTI-DEPRESSANTS

In work at the mo. Just about to get the Kerplunk out. Hitting the town at lunchtime for the works Xmas do. The bosses platinum card will get hammered. The rest of the weekend will be spent shopping. Crimbo dinner at home then out on Boxing day with the kids for lunch. Off until the 7th so much alcohol will be consumed until then.

How come you're all taking two weeks off? I'm saving my remaining holiday for the end of March when hopefully it will be good weather*. *Was bleeding awful weather this year, max 4 degrees and raining
Cause the the 3rd n 4th of January back at work are horrendous And my holidays renew April...not planning any more days off until the perfect storm of April and may public holidays
My place basically shuts down until the 3rd so i only have to take 2 days leave to get all that time off, it's ****ing magic.
