Charlotte Jones who ive banged on about on here before rode out her claim yesterday... not a mention in the press. She basically rides for one yard. !@!
I stand corrected.... all 75 winners for Jimmy Moffatt.... that must be an untouchable record... I'm shocked no- 0ne else uses her.. https://www.racingpost.com/news/bri...-jockeys-after-riding-out-claim-aiQ8I9Q4zIin/
Wasn't going to select anything today as it's so quiet on the DRT. However, one that caught my eye runs in the 5f dash at Naas (17:18), a Class-1 2YO Fillies' Listed Stakes event on good-to-yielding ground. The Karl Burke entry, Miss Lamai, looks sure to be favourite, as this trainer does so well when he runs one of his horses over in Ireland. However, one that has a sporting chance of a podium finish, at least, is the Mehmas filly, Amazing Athena, who won a 13-runner maiden race over C&D LT0 18-days ago. Worth a modest interest at the current odds. Cheek-pieces on for the first time. Ben Coen rides for the Johnny Murtagh stable. 14/1 (Wm.Hill/Ladbrokes/Coral) top price early-doors, on the ATR site. E/W best option, of course.
Finished 6th of the 10-runners at 18/1. No stopping the odds-on favourite though. Karl Burke really knows his onions with the horses he sends over to Ireland. Top trainer.
