5.05 Dundalk-Crystal Pool Each Way @ 40-1 [Skybet] 5 places Think she could surprise if getting a run [First reserve]
All Jumps racing is abandoned, which is a real shame. So, I'll have a crack at Newcastle in the (16:15), a Class-3 Handicap over 1m. on the Tapeta surface. In this event the Toronado gelding, Ron O, has a squeak if he does not get too far behind like he did on this course 8-days ago, in which he finished only 4th to the winner Eldrickjones. Must admit, selection has it all to do to reverse form with Eldrickjones, but has a chance if he can run nearer the pace? We'll see. Paul Mulrennan rides for the Ray Craggs yard. 6/1 (Coral/Ladbrokes) best price at time of writing. E/W best option. (Prices from Oddschecker)
I looked at that race Swannee and couldn't decide between Shaladar and Ron O. Was leaning towards Shaladar but decided to leave alone. Looks like those 3 can't stay apart
Ron O seems to be an awkward customer, Ron. You were right to leave race alone. RO will be a tough one for owner/trainer to get a win out of him?
