Good morning people. Just thought I would start todays daily thread as I have come on here to check it out but it currently does not exist. Racing action today comes from Newbury, Bangor, Lingfield and Kempton. MY Nap for the day is Incentivise @ Bangor 13:10 4/1. No other reason other than LTO I made a mental note that I would be backing him on his next race. He won the same race last year too. Good luck to all.
Morning all, No bets today, thank the lord I hear you shout. The big question from me is, what do I drink and the Xmas party tomorrow afternoon? Is it bitter first and then onto the whisky or do I play sensible and stay with the bitter all the way? The food best be good, otherwise I won't be best pleased!
If you're any kind of man Nass, it's straight into hard stuff, blotto in two hours, then every one's pest for the rest of the night. Have a good one mate.
I don't want to suggest that i am not taking my racing seriously at the moment and have packed in until boxing day with regard proper studying, but my only bet today is a double at Newbury 2.00 Broadbackbob 3.10 Backbobback I actually quite fancy it though, had to be worth a couple of bob.
Good morning one and all. Today I have reached the proud age of 43 (stop sniggering Nass) and my online bookie chap says he will double any deposit I make today, upto a maximum of €50. So my €50 deposit is already up to a cool ton and I'm looking to try and enhance the balance further. As I don't believe anyone should have to work on their birthday I have taken the day off and am having a relaxing study of the form Incentivise seems to be well fancied so I'll certainly be playing him, and I notice the Pipe runner in the 1.25, War Singer, has come in for significant money already - 14s into 8s with Bet 365 in the last hour. I must say I'm keen on Colour Squadron in that heat though. Ardlui in the first at Newbury (although I'd be more confident if Choc were riding) and My Boy Paddy catches the eye in the 2nd (although he also has Hutchinson on his back). Maybe today will be Wayne's World? 4/6 with ladbrokes looks a massive price on Time For Rupert - will his exertions at the top table have taken their toll though? The bumper at Newbury also looks decent and how nice to see Pat Eddery having a bumper runner but Broughton Sands, a filly by Nayef, looks the most interesting to my tired old eyes. Best of luck to everyone
Happy Birthday Oddy, Morning all. Anyone with Bet365 should be looking at Dunseverick in the 1820 at Kempton 10/1 e/w stinks of a job.
lads War Singer into 6/1 now - wonder if that is stable money? The Pipe yard love a gamble ................................
Yesterday I selected one at 6-1 paper odds. Real price was 2-1. Punted into 11-10 then went like a busted arse.
Oddy, you forgot? You said that you were going to send gifts out to all the forumites as a birthday gesture of goodwill. You can't go back on it now
