Fair play to LJ and his coaching and training regimes.
He played 40plus games in 1 season which was double the appearances at Ipswich.
Strange how it was successful for Adam but how unsuccessful it was for other players in the squad. Enough for the snake Ashton to question our backroom staff why so many players were injured.
Very interesting for me about getting players 'vocal' whilst playing. It's hardly ground breaking, I noticed the same 50 years ago when I went from youth to senior football.
Talking is massive on a football pitch.
