How about slurry canons? There was rioting here a few weeks back and Rebelboy barked on about how water canons were dangerous weapons, they should not be used and the best thing for a riot is for the police to sit back and let it "fizzle out." Plenty over here to borrow. These thugs will not stop if the police are unwilling to take any approach!

None of the services are trainned to use water canons. And they wont use the army in fear of shooting 7 year old jonny in the face with a plastic/rubber bullet,the ipcc would have a field day. its a nanny state we live in.
