Good win, didn't really expect it, well impressed with Sess, he's going to be class next season.

As for playing like Brazil, I missed that bit, I'll watch MOTD later and see if I can catch it on there

Its more relief than owt else. Think we all want SB to succeed but need a fairly substantial improvement next year. Not neccessarily league position but no sign of relegation, a decent cup run etc.

me either we are scraping by and after the way the table looked at christmas we shouldnt be where we are, very similar to last season are we happy to go through this again next season after another major amount of money has been spent?, if win our next 2 games 5-0 and we finish in the top 10 my opinion could change but at this moment its a no from me

You say we play like Brazil.
I say Bruce is not the manager to take us to the next level.
Who do you think is closer to reality?

I thought the lads put in a shift today, especially Bardsley, Zenden and Sessegnon. We rode our luck sometimes but then we haven't had much of it lately, have we? I just think we have better players than Bolton but they've been playing as a better "team" than us over most of the season. But not today.
We won and that makes me a happy man tonight.

Todays win will not cover over the cracks of the run of results this year. As for the Bruce out brigade I can safely say that I can probably be counted as one. Bruce as it seems will be safe but he has alot to prove to his doubters me included. I honestly hope he does prove me wrong as that means Sunderland are improving and moving upwards which I'm sure EVERY FAN will agree with.

Tried to post a pretty negative view earlier today and for some reason or another it wasn't accepted. I feel so much happier now, can't wait to watch the box tonight and just know I'll have a brilliant week.
Depths of despair to walking on a cloud- just a normal day for a SAFC supporter.

This is what I like about Sunderland, not when we're cushy and expecting to win, but when I am surprised like that. I don't know how any supporter of the to 4 gets along in life, if they don't win it's the apocalypse. When you expect to lose every game, a win just makes me happy.

I wanted Bruce out before the game, I want him out after the game..............I must have been watching a different game to you mate........... at times we played well, showed a bit of spirit but to say we played like Brazil?.......

There are fans who do not think Bruce is up to the job, as there are fans who would give him another year who cannot get to the games for one reason or another. There are fans who feel he should be given another chance, as there are fans who want him out who do get to the games
    Funny that!

Okay today we were able to confirm that we are staying up, we are all pleased no doubt about that. However that does not give you the right to abuse other Sunderland fans who happen to have a different opinion as you.............grow up little boy

And you people who are happy with mediocrity should go and support the Mags. [don't need to swear to express myself]

OK so by your own admission you're in love with Steve Bruce and are obsessed with Gyan's Y fronts,
Oh my! you shouldn't let your sexual preferences influence your opinion.

Appart from that though you should

    1. learn to respect other people's opinions
    2. look at the evidence that supports their view
    3. think about next season and the long term future of this football club

    have a gay day
