Yep, our hard fought win may turn out to be a key moment in our season. We so needed that win for various reasons, we got it, now Wigan is another game where a win will be soooo crucial to getting our season back on track, after a horrible couple of results v Wolves and City.
I'd love for the Mousers and Chelsea to get Stoke & Newcastle (in whatever combination), or, indeed, each other, whilst we take on the mighty Crawley Town or Stevenage Chelsea won't beat either Stoke or Newcastle in the cup. Nor will the Mousers.
We might be favourites but that doesnt mean that the ref on the day cant screw it up for us with bad decisions..that is one of many legitimate reasons...or are you suggesting that the ref will favour the favourites?
Not suggesting referee's favour the bigger team but as you are the 'best team' left in the competition you should go on to win it. If you don't it's just hard luck, you were not the best team left in the competition at all - unless it does hang on bad decisions and bad decisions only
