We don't want to have to spend large amounts and bring in loads of players every season to stay up, we need to make sure the team is managed well, so our money is actually contributing to success, not something that is required every season to stay up. McClaren deserves the rest of the season, but if we spend a lot of money this window, and only just stay up, we should be looking for someone else next season.
