To get the points we need, we cannot lose a match. We have to win at least 3 of the rest of the matches and draw the rest of them. If we do lose a couple, well then we'll have to win 4 of the rest and draw the rest.... so and so forth....... at least that's what I estimate, somewhere in the 38 to 40 point range to get us safe?
Or indeed just win all our home games and coast in with 42 points. Guessing the final total needed is maybe a little premature. We're in the **** and need to drag ourselves out of it. Without options up front that will be hard. I would happily take Robbie Keane for 3 months now. I don't care if he's not as good as he was, he'd give us at least an option to use.
We just have to win 3 or 4 more than the 3 teams above us, and match them For the rest. Doable, but I can't see us getting enough goals to win a game. Injuries did us today, we certainly need some luck. But black clouds are forming and hope is fading.
Win 8 draw 10 lose 5 But now very concerned if we lose mbia and diakite. Possibly get a striker for January and big center back. We got HR like most wanted. A win at Wigan is probable.
Right....... which is what I see as well, mostly. But based on what the teams above the relegation zone currently have, I figure at least 40 points is needed this season, as it looks a packed group this year, points spread out there in the mid-bottom of the table.
Currently Loss rate 60% Draw rate 40% Win rate 0% Houston's proposal for remaining matches Loss rate 22% Draw rate 43% Win rate 35%
42 points?...The way things are going with not scoring,no strikers, sloppy goals conceded.I cant see us getting 30 points let alone 42!.We will not win 3 in a row,if we cant score goals.Thats all
