Hey guys I am urging all of you to get tickets to the home game against Reading. I am not moaning at people who have work commitments or lack of funds that's understandable just the people who think well its on sky I will watch it at home. We need a full house a lot of people who are followers of the Premiership will be watching this (any real football fan would). We need to show we are fully behind this team and that we'll be a great addition to the Premiership the players need to perform and we do as fans! So let's really get St Marys rocking on Friday the 13th and let's rip (and slash) Reading apart!
I hope so Frankimus even myself I have watched a home game on sky this season and immediately felt a little ashamed with myself when I saw big areas of seating not taken up! We have a fantastic team who have done us proud this season and its about time we showed them a little back.
Can't wait for this game - hope the stadium bounces!! Let's see if we can get a similar atmosphere to last weekend! COYR!!
Question is Kate are you watching with your boy-friend and will you still be speaking after the game!!
I just called the ticket office the woman said there is 7 left!! Dunno how accurate that really is but I am now a happy man
I can't understand why people who can afford to go to matches and make it to matches decide to stay at home and watch on TV instead of going to the stadium and supporting the lads and driving them forward. At least if they go to the stadium they can "control" the match to a certain degree at home they've got 0% of controlling it.
Obviously with money being tight for the majority its hard for some people to go, I work and earn reasonable money I also have a girlfriend and child which is paramount ahead of football but if I have the available money spare I go to games even on sky after being guilt ridden watching our defeat to Leicester lol.
Yes, my thinking was that we could get promoted there, and after going to Plymouth last year, didn't want to miss out.
ah ha! So Alex you are just a glory hunter, coming out for the big one when it's nearly over, having stayed at home in the warm to watch the other ones on TV!!!!
Yes FLT! guilty as charged with the Leicester game couldn't be assed to catch a train and settled for spending nearly the same amount in a grotty pub in Reading whilst having the piss ripped out of me! Never again after that!
Anyone hazard a guess at how much a season ticket would be next year IF we get promoted? I would swap working some Saturdays for Sundays gladly to get to even more games!
Wish I could be there...had to fly home after the Palace game, had a fantastic weekend, victory on friday would cap off the week!
