If we dont win this game i think we will be playing in League 2 next season. We have to go to Charlton and Sheffied Wednesday where lets be honest we will be lucky to get any points. In my opinion waddock has to go,yes we have been playing much better lately but he has shown earlier in the season he hasn't got a clue.Away at Scunthorpe and Walsall he stood on the touchline with his arms crossed looking like a rabbit in a cars headlights. I know we cant afford to sack him and he knows it so he will keep picking up his wages for another 2 years because why would he quit when he knows with his record of 2 relegations in 3 seasons he wont get a job at another club, unless it's Aldershot!
Fully agree - for us to have any chance we need to win vs Chesterfield and get at least a win and a draw from our two remaining home games and (optimistically) hope to nick a point or two vs Charlton and Sheff Wedenesday.
To be honest, in order to survive we need 2 miracles and one of them is completely out of our hands. As long as we win the next 2 games and at least one of Walsall, Bury and Orient lose their next 2, there is hope.
All the best for today guys - with Orient in freefall at the moment, IMO you just have to lift your game slightly and keep consistently picking up points. Unfortunately, consistency does seem to have been part of the problem this season.
Love to say best of luck but if we get something at Stevenage and the you get something at the B2net then a good day all round.
Between watching a stream of our game with Spurs I will be keeping an eye on what you guys are doing. I expect 3 points by a healthy margin (2 or 3 goals)
Hayes not playing for Charlton again - only one appearance since he left us and as Rocky says Strevs up front for us. I'm beginning to hate CP for taking him back when he said he would only do it if he was to be included in the match day squad. Still Oldham loss and Orient losing already. COYB.
Tell me about it. At least Trotta is getting some game time/bench time with Fulham - he didn't get a look in with Watford after he left us.
