After a bright start today we just collapsed and gave away at least a point if not more. Blame who you want but we simply are not up to the task of competing at this level. Other games didn't go our way either but let's be honest, depending on other results is a poor substitue for winning our own games.

We have now dropped below Forest and have teams with games in hand breathing down our throat. The future is now starting to look very bleak and let's hope some returning injuries may give us better options to stay in this division.

Mike today showed many we are relagation fodder, the first half we looked decent,Blackpool never had one shot on goal, second half they tore us apart.
The scarey thing is the first half was as good as we have played for a very very long time.
Yet we still lost the game.
Relagation is definatly on the cards.

Red Robin you might be disappointed with DM appointment but remember this.
Dave Jones comes at a huge cost plus at Cardiff he has a huge back up team. I know you think he could of bought success but we will never know.
Billy Davies just pisses everyone off when ever he goes to a club. Yes he took Derby up but they also hold the record for lowest points in the prem! I know he only stayed there for a it but forever demands money.
We might of took the cheap option but remember we are a club leaking a fortune every year!
There still is time to dig ourselves out of this mess, it will be difficult but still do able.
I have been following City for 30 plus years unfortunately we ain't a sleeping giant, we have tasted success for a very short time that nearly ruined the club.
But I will still be going next season and will still back DM I said when he was appointed I won't judge him until he has at least a pre season.

Red me to I remember coventry away when I was fifteen years of age going to Coventry trying to stay in then the top league, have held STs for the last 15 years for me and my boys, traveling all over the country watching city.
But that does not help what I see before my eyes at present.
We look a club going down, have seen it before,it does not look promising.
I do blame the board and owner if it happens in appointing a rookie.

The 'rookie' that you speak of signed Pitman, Stead, McGivern and Spence.

I think we are now a shell shocked side, who disintegrate whenever we concede, because the pain of all those 3-0s is mounting up.
I would not blame any of the players for the bad luck we have suffered, both injury and ref-decision wise. A full strength side, with Davis, Pearson, McManus Pitman, Stead, Foster and Cisse would win more games than it lost, but we are continually deprived of this..
Please note......DM HAS to play Pitman and Stead together whenever possible, or we will be relegated
