Why, why why are we still making really basic defensive mistakes ? It's almost as though the understanding in the art of defending and defensive positioning is lacking. The amount of time WH had for their first goal was ridiculous, the amount of space they were allowed leading to their second goal and room Carroll was given with 4 or 5 QPR players watching as he took two shots near the end, is not acceptable at any level of football let alone PL. Management need to address this problem and sharpish otherwise Ceasar will be plucking the ball out of the back of the net more times than a hungry chicken plucking seeds from the ground....
We also give the ball away too easily in midfield. JS Park looks completely out of sorts, slow, poor positional sense and lack of movement. So much better when he and SWP went off as Diakite and Taarbs gave the back 4 different options,
