I thought Poyet got his team selection right he got his subs completely wrong. Norwich had two strikers and when he brought Fletcher on he should have matched them instead we made it easy for them to take the point they came for.

Whilst playing two strikers doesn't work against the top teams I feel its our only chance of winning home games like yesterday. For the likes of Villa Palace West Ham etc at home id like to see

    ----------------Mannone-----------------
    Celustka----Oshea---Brown-----Bardsley
    ----------------Ki------Cattermole-----------
    Borini------------Fletcher----------Giaccherini
    -------------------Altidore---------------------

I think Fletcher is good at dropping into the hole and linking up, with the midfield but he'll also get up and beyond Altidore when we are coming forward, for me its something we simply have to try if we are gonna win games.

For Everton away and teams higher up we need to go with the 4-3-2-1 and look to counter. I know it sounds negative but if we avoid a hammering at Goodison weve done well.

I agree, hopefully he start both Fletcher & Altidore against Villa. hopefully Gus buys a fast forward like Long tho.

Altidore won a few flick ones but on giacc was trying to get beyond him. They need to gamble. He won't win every flick on but he will win some.

Exactly the ball is played to Altidore but the nearest player is 20 yards away on the half way line, every time he won header there was no player running beyond him, when he tried to bring it down he had three Norwich players straight on him

some of our fans were disgraceful yesterday. Some idiots have also been sending Altidore abusive messages on twitter.

There was a load. One direct message (visible to all though) calling him a ****ing lazy twat etc. Fair play to Jozy he replied to people and kept his composure. There were those who lept to his defense like myself.

If they fans are turning on players like that then we are well and truly ****ed

Jozy works his socks off he just isnt going to score a lot of goals. If some fans are targeting him on twitter then lets name and shame the spineless ****s and see how big they are when everyone knows who they are.

Thats said, we desperately need a goalscorer (or two) in January and a creative midfielder/wide player, or else we can kiss the EPL goodbye big time very quickly.

Because they have most likely seen Super kev, Bent, Gabbadini, Pop robson, Gary rowell, players who worked the ball and knew where to put it !. We should have signed Bentdner as well by the way.
