Looks like we have Kedwell now, but who do you reckon will partner him? Stefen Payne? is he good enough or do we need another new striker? Darren Byfield is a free agent, he would be worth a go! Also how many goals you reckon Kedwell will get this season?
Kedwell will prove to be too slow for this league. Div2 goalscorers tend to be nippy or proper target men, he's neither. 8-10 at a push may set a few up. Disappointing signing in my view, we need to be improving on the players we lost, Kedwell will not be as good as Coddy or Akinfenwa.
think alot depends on who his partner is if its S. Payne he might score 10 but if it's brandy or byfield it will be closer to 20. We can't put too much pressure on Payne, he is still young and still learning.
I think we should give s.payne first team football though, with all his potential give it a year or two and he'll be a good young striker for us i recon!
