    Well not shooting the messenger here like but I highly doubt that every single chairman in the PL has been on the phone to the Fail & confirmed their transfer budgets to them.
    Christ Almighty, if you scroll down to us, it says, Diame (West Ham, below) & it's a picture of Hooper. <doh>

    They can't even get that right. The Fail are a load of bullshitting, lazy tosspots & I doubt they even get the date right at the top of the page.
