And we've signed Tommy Oar on a free! Inspired signing that. If I can recall correctly, he was amazing in Football Manager 2011. I'm also surprised that he's only 23, he was tipped for fairly big things a few years ago.

    EDIT: http://www.goal.com/en/news/596/exc...alia-and-utrechts-creative-force-is-ready-for

The article above is an interesting read. It was written in March when it looked like he was leaving Utrecht and the consensus seems to be he was expected to move to one of the bigger clubs in Europe. I'm surprised we managed to sign him really.

They look like two potentially excellent signings!

Can Oar cover both flanks or is he only left?

With the emergence of Kenlock and Emmanuel to go with the new signings he’s pretty much sorted the defence as well.

I’m a bit worried about how he’s going to keep everyone happy in some positions… we’ve now got six strikers, a bunch of players who can cover the left and god knows how many central midfielders.

    Asssuming -

    Bart

    Emmannuel / Chambers/ Smith / Knudsen

    Giles / Skuse / Douglas / Fraser

    Sears

Toss up out of McGoldrick / Pitman - McGoldrick played 120 minutes. Apparently Toure impressed and with Bishop / Bru not in shape he may get 20.

Cameron Stewart has joined Doncaster on loan and Mick has said that Henshall is available for transfer as well. I guess these two just didn't work out, oh well, win some, lose some.

And there was I thinking Oarsome was quite an awesome tabloid headline!

Anyone notice only one likely midfield starter from Team 2014/15! Skusey take a bow!!

I think MM is on Viagra! All very positive so far, but fear not, we will get pasted by someone soon, and go thru a dip.

I just cannot wait to drive up there...and take a pint off Warky!!

At 'em boys today. Could well be one of our season's defining games.

Sounds like a signing of good pedigree in terms of Oar, Athletic Madrid nearly signed him this summer. We've got 2 very exciting wingers at the club, shame neither of them are ours, so this has done something to rectify this. Will be interesting to see what will happen should we get promoted this season and Bournemouth get relegated with Fraser!!!

In terms of Malarczyk, still not convinced he's an authodox RB, he came on yesterday and went to CB with Chambers going RB, looks like the search will go on for another season!!
