If he comes avaliable http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepag...i-backs-Bolton-to-beat-Stoke-and-stay-up.html
they all want us to go down.. just heard on Sky Sports how Coyle and Pulis are best mates.. maybe that explains why Stoke put in such a big effort last week.. hoping they could do Bolton a favour which would be returned tomorrow.. and bacon face has been spouting off trying to suck up to us and Sparky.. its us (and hopefully Crouchie) against the world..
There is the small matter of £2.4m available to Stoke if they do go and get that win; to a club and owner like they have I can't see other than all out effort for 3pts
the more i hear the dodgier it gets.. all those northern chairman have villas in Barbados and play golf together.. stoke lost to wigan last game last season.. they are probably all in the same masonic lodge too.. as for the premier league placings that is peanuts compared to the lost money being relegated.. a couple of million 'sweetener' to cover that would be a good investment from Bolton to Stoke us being in the Premier League has caused a lot of disruption with JT and Capello leaving the FA would love to get shot of us its a good job Gerry is there to keep an eye out i am more worried about behind doors deals than what goes on on the pitch
I knew that serene calm I've been feeling wasn't going to last forever.... Masonic lodges? Million pound sweeteners? Caribbean villas? Before I was just worried about Diakite's hamstring.....
I might start to belive all this when Pulis rests the likes of Crouch, Shawcross and Huth and sticks in the likes of Diao Arismendi and some kid from the academy
Swords, every place higher you finish is worth £875,000 and Stoke could jump 3 places if they win against Bolton; depends on other results of course.
Well then all these conspiracy theories are put to bed by that information alone. That really should be the end of it. Its peoples imaginations running away with them.
I think we're all getting a bit paranoid over this. I don't think its naive to believe that every team more often than not enters the field of play wanting to win in a league match. As a fan I would be pretty hacked off if my team didn't care after paying a small fortune to watch them. Likewise, were I the manager or chairman of a club.
Come on Uber! Remember that time we needed to beat Palace by 6 on the last day......Its not just northern chairmen at the golf club
Wigans goalie Ali-Al-Habsi who said that he wants bolton to survive. He did that with wigan last season when they won at stoke in their last match of the season. Somebody said he would be a great goalie for us next season. Not anymore after that deathwish......
