    No time for being magnanimous
Just because they prop up the league,
Or this may turn out to be calamitous
And leave us with mental fatigue

So often we´re generous and homely
When strugglers pitch up on our patch,
Trying not to make them feel lonely
We like to help them feel a match

So please, not today, at least not yet
At five o´clock, then by all means,
The time where our generosity is met
    After hopefully rapturous scenes

For anything other than a win here
    Would be more than disappointing,
And send the Neil train into back gear
With the discontent that it would bring

So I´m thinking Huddersfield and Millwall
    When cogitating today´s game,
And fears that we might trip up and fall
Have disappeared from whence they came. OTBC

Good! - very glad to see that generosity was left in the dressing room, nice start for the Neil/McAvoy constellation. :)

Yes, nice one RBF. People think these games are easy, but it takes discipline and application to break down lower sides. The six points lost against the run of play when Charlton and Reading came to CR are haunting. Today was disciplined and well executed, and exactly what was required.

Spot on RER - if today was an example of how we are going to play under the new management team, we are in for some exciting times.

I can't remember the last time I heard so much noise at Carrow Road!!! I love the 'banter' between the Barclay and the Snakepit!!!! <ok>

Good signs, JR, but we need to manage that against tougher opposition as well. Charlton and Wolves will provide better indicators.

Yes, our next 2 games will indeed provide a better indicator of how much we have progressed.
