So the Guardian has us top of their ineptitude index. Fair? Probably! https://www.theguardian.com/football/2018/apr/27/the-premier-league-teams-ineptitude-index-2017-18
A fun article and we seem deserved winners. However - an ineptitude league that has two of the three likely sides to be relegated in the "better" half of their table may suggest their analysis may win some ineptitude award of its own.
What it shows is that if we did things better we would be higher up the league.... so our mistakes have literally given games away... own worst enemy etc
By their own admission they have not applied any academic rigor to this fun bit of analysis, but I think it doesn't really surprise anyone here we are top of that list. I think it does to show that if we stopped doing dumb things, we could be relatively decent. When it comes to throw ins, we are literally throwing it away!
no - Hull were according to the report. Before that Villa and QPR before that. It does show that if we were better disciplined we would have quite a few more points and would have been safe some time ago.
IF I were manager I´d put that up in the dressing room. Got to get some reaction, if not then throw the towel.
And I thought the thread was going to be about winning the Premier League pitch of the season (which we have)! Shows how bloody frustrating it is to be a Watford supporter sometimes!
And we're top of another league! (You know it's going to be negative when the image shows one of our players with three players from the Big 6)... http://www.skysports.com/football/n...b-has-suffered-most-from-injuries-this-season
One of the children within our family has decided to follow a sports injuries career. She has had insight of what is required from the medical department at WFC. Lots of rest and no playing seems to be the advice she will get.
