1) That's ridiculous. I'd have thought once passed, he was passed. 2) It won't matter if he sells a massive share to Together Leeds so he drops under the percentage to pass the test!
It does seem crazy that the FL can offer an independant appeal process, and then say it doesn't matter if you win the appeal we'll still find a way to kick you out anyway. I get the feeling that Cellino will have all his bases covered by then anyway.
Its a question of weither the Italian court finds him reckless which means the FL will have to accept him or dishonest which means they can and have said they will kick him out The QC had to let him in because at present there is no proof of either The big question now is,Is Cellino prepared to risk 25m on the outcome of an Italian court
Where does it all end though Mighty ? Does it mean that ANY director or owner of any club can be booted out by the league at any time in the future if they are convicted of such an offence ?

Once approved he is approved. If we get promoted he will if needed sell whatever he needs to rake in huge profit and still have an interest.
