Love him or hate him this is what he says OLLIE PREDICTS: 1-3 (Sky Bet odds 22/1)Sheffield Wednesday v Bristol City, Saturday 3pmTwo massive clubs, two sleeping giants. Wednesday have been taken over recently so we'll have to wait and see how the new manager and signings gel. I thought Stuart Gray did a good job there but owners can do what they like. The Rovers fans will kill me but I'm going with Bristol City. Steve Cotterill has done brilliantly and I think they could be the dark horses of the division. They'll be going into the new season with that euphoria of being promoted; once you get that ball of good energy, it can carry you through the divisions, just like Southampton found.
Always been a fan of Ian Holloway, would have loved him at the City in his playing days, just the type of player we needed in those days. Met him a few times & he "IS" a super bloke.
Personally I couldn't give a toss what Hollowhead has to say about us. The man is an idiot and an embarrassment to the City of Bristol.
Amen.. Some people will listen to any old rubbish! Does it not occur to you he is taking the piss with his 'massive club' comments, an accusation the Sags often level at our harder of thinking fans..
I think on a local level that line of piss-take would be irritating as buggery However it is unlikely to be an approach which would be understood nationally (maybe a little too subtle because Joe from Mansfield would not understand the affection between Ollie and City), so I would imagine he meant it
He's a harmless half-wit. He did support our stadium and the World Cup bid so he's not all bad. He's Gas through & through.....we may not agree with his allegiances but at least he's passionate about his city & club.
Why would it need to be understood nationally? its only directed at one set of fans and thats not ours! Can we set up a not 606 poker league, I'd love to play against some of you lot.
Never touch the stuff Banksy …..apart from once when I walked away with the prize - beginner's luck apparently
