Tonight was the most inept perfornance by a city side. Completly lacking class, spirit, and ideas. Sorry we are doomed to relagation. Tonight showed me the light, this bunch of no hopers have not got it in them to keep us up. Is it the management or the players?
Not one to jump on any band wagons, but you have to perhaps question the management team now? they have after all bought in a few of thier own players and have had a few months to sort things out a bit. I just hope and pray they will prove me wrong.
RR its not doomed it is DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMed
It ain't looking good - that's for sure. Forest knocking 7 past Leeds and Pompey whooping Brum have given me that nasty feeling that we are in deep, deep sh@t!
when he took over it was said if we go down then so be it, so next season we should be up in the top 2 maybe if not even winning it! Div 1 Champs..........YEP THAT HAS A RING TO IT....
Not completely classless, again Pitman and Stead are a good pair of forwards and worked well together. Cisse was decent and saved a certain goal. McManus won a lot in the air and made some important challenges. Pearson and Foster distinctly average. The rest were woeful.
And in answer to your question it's the players, too many passengers in the team. Jon Stead can come off there with his head held high imo, worked his ass off with absolutely sod all service all game. As far the most inept performance by a city side... I've seen a lot worse, tonight was merely the most mind-numbingly dull performance from a city side. At least Cardiff, Reading, Birmingham etc in the past few years have had the decency to actually play interesting football while ripping us apart.
Stead-cisse-macmanus were okay, the rest as you say we're absolutely woefull. Don't know whether it is management or players but tonight showed me we are going down.
Dear Mssrs Lansdown and Sexston Thanks for all of the unnecessary meddling, bad decisions, PR gaffes, and bad appointments you've made over the last 3 years. Brilliant work, L1 here we come. In any other industry you'd both have been sacked without the chance of appeal for gross negligence by now. No matter how much money you might have you have more than proved to the Bristol public that you both know **** all about football
as stead said on twitter this morning no point in feeling sorry for ourselves so so lets forget about yesterday get ourselves off our arses get behind the boys and think yes we can still stay up
