Given that most posters on here want Millen out,( me included) given the current squad of players at his disposal, how would your team differ from his, how would you play 4-4-2, 4-5-1, 3-5-2, and what team would you put out, will be interesting, so give it a go all you budding managers.
I'm gonna go for the two extremes... James Spence Wilson Nyatanga Ribeiro McGivern Cisse Skuse JCR Stead Pitman If we still conceed playing that formation then we should give up. Or the other alternative... James Spence Wilson Nyatanga Adomah Skuse Cisse JCR Maynard Stead Pitman Sod it, I like that formation actually. At least we'd score.
James Spence Wilson Nyatanga McCgivern Elliott Cisse Kilkenny JCR Adomah Pitman Give Pitman and Kilkenny a chance to show what they are made of...
gerken in goal back three of spence wilson mcgivern . just in front of em cisse rw adomah marv and neil in middle bolaise on left jcr just behind maynard or pitman
if i had a FULLY FIT squad and they were all playing well then my starting line up would be **********D.Gerken C.Riberio J.Spence R.McGivern L.Fontaine *******K.Cisse***M.Elliott A.Adomah***************J.C.Ryce ******N.Maynard***B.Pitman
Well for a start i would of sold Maynard to the foxes for 5-7m and used that money to buy a couple of defenders and a new creative midfielder in the Wes Hoolahan mould. using the current squad this would be my formation and players to match it: Formation: 4-2-3-1 Players: Gerken, Spence, Wilson, Nyatanga, McGivern Elliott, Cisse Adomah, Kilkenny, Campbell-Ryce Stead This formation would suit the players we have, it would also allow us to control and dictate the midfield but more importantly allow us to score goals too.
would love to give it a go but I dont qualify under the budding manager title, in any cas e done my team selection thing on another thread along with a load of others
