Just saw this on the swans site, it's from a couple of days ago but it's a good read. We can see the difference in Wayne now that he's playing regularly, and the change of role laudrup has instructed him Nathan to play. Instead of hugging the touchline they are to come inside more.

Together with with Graham and Michu up front swapping and changing as they attack it looks like that as been pointed out that we can sometimes have 4 up front and attacking. This is going to confuse the hell out of opposing teams as they won't know what we are going to do next.

Looking forward to the next game now

Wayne Routledge is a quality player who was very shabbily treated by Brendan Rodgers last season.

Whenever he played he did well. Whenever he played he was inevitably dumped straight back onto the bench for Brendan's favourite, even when he was quite obviously playing much, much better.

I'm delighted to see him get a solid run in the side, and delighted to see him seize that chance with both hands. Easily my MOTM yesterday.

I have been a massive fan of Wayne's for many years, and was delighted when he signed for The Swans'.

I don't think he was given a real chance by Rodgers,so I am delighted to see him strut his stuff now under Mr. Laudrup.

    Long may it continue.

I really hope we sign Hernandez but where does that leave him/ Dyer/ Routledge? Nice problem for a manager to have. :)

Just wish he had more belief in himself and have a shot now and again, I know no one would heckle if he missed. Imagine what it would do to his confidence when he does eventually score!

I have never been his biggest fan as it always seemed last season that he would have one fantastic game, warrant a start in the next and go missing for a whole 90 minutes, but after 2 great performances in the last 2 games i am beginning to change my mind. Whether its new coach, new position or a new attitude I dont know, but if he can keep it up he can be a valuable asset!!
