Gerrard never claimed to be an ''honest player that doesn't deliberately fall over''.Only for the person that did say so...fell over on international duty.They are so predictable.

It's not particularly the diving that disgusts me, Gerrard has dived in the past (albeit, there was always some sort of contact he's not stupid enough to go down without contact), it's the needless display of aggression Rooney always shows like he thinks the world owes him something, oh and that last elbow. Cheap shot.

Steven Gerrard was baited and abused by a vile Man United fan.I can just imagine some of the abuse Gerrard recieved,Like being told he isn't the father to his two kids',Yeah most of us have heard the ''Baby's not yours'' taunts Gerrard gets from the Stretford End.
Its very lucky it was Gerrard and not one of the other Liverpool players say Jamie Carragher,because that United fan may have ended up on a life support machine.

Compared to Gerrad's dives this is nothing.

 

No Rooneys dives are worse,Gerrard never claimed in a newspaper article to be be an ''honest player'' either.What else would you expect from Rooney.He does after all have the IQ of a lemon.

 

There have been as many United fans on this thread as Liverpool fans, pathetic by them again IMO, they're just obsessed with us.

 

To be honest, diving is now a part of the modern game. I'm not defending the act, nor Rooney the Shrek faced gimp, but really, every club has players that dive. Those clubs who don't simply aren't as successful.
