Still don't know what to make of him. He certainly is better/prefers CM to LM/RM. At times he gets to the heart of things and influences play, but he has yet to put in a MoM performance or turn a game. Yet another good squad player but I don't think we'd miss him if he went at the end of the season. Keeping him for now is sensible.
Makes sense given our lack of midfield assume it did not cost us too much. As for WB perhaps he would perform better with a Campbell and Disley type player alongside him, as with our current crop of midfielders he is often found wanting due to height ball often bypasses him and ability to tackle more of a link man midfield to Attack.
