I would imagine Man City will be looking to get rid of him and a number of others to make way for more summer signings as the look to be even stronger for next season.

If he is availble for around 3-4m and prepared to drop his wages or maybe even Man City prepared to help out to cover a percentage of them do you think we should sign him?

    IMO I think we should.

It is great to have competition for places and having Richardson and Bridge battling for the left back slot has really strengthened us in that area. I cannot remember the last time the club having two good left backs fighting it out for the same spot.

    I'd say 3mil tops...

Need a massive wage cut since he's apparently on 90k a week?

think he just wants to play football now though so hopeful

boys and girls just reflect for a moment

We need a LB, and he really does add experience to our full back positions, he'll be abit rusty since he hasnt played in a long while, however he'll come good :)

The good news is we dont have to decide until we see him on a run, a win win I think.

If we do look to sign him, I'd like to see something tied into the contract stating his girlfriend has to take over the half time entertainment! :D

I would be keen to keep him, but I wouldn't expect to pay for him, maybe £2million tops.

It will say a lot about the lad if he is prepared to forego the last year of his 90k a week contract to sign for us, so by doing this I would straight away say 'he's got the right attitude'.

His interviews suggest he's enjoying being involved, so hopefully he gets up to form (I rated him above Cole a few years back, he was outstanding), we do a deal, and the lad goes on to be a smashing player for us.

If he fits in the way he did last weekend then definite yes for me - he never looked out of place last week.

But I've only seen him play one and a bit games for us so, as Syd says, assess him over a few games and go from there

Yes. He's a proper defender and a good player.

I'd like to see Richardson used in a position he favours, and pushing Sessegnon in that role.

Only issue is his wages, (if it's an issue?) 90K is out of our league but as has been suggested, if he's prepared to take a drop then he'd be a great addition to an already solid squad.

    Get him.

1m tops. Man City are desperate to get rid but we shouldn't let them take us to the cleaners, 3-4m is way way too much

See how he does from now till the end of the season then decide, that's if City will let him go.

hang on lads its a lose lose, if he plays well for us till the end of the season then other clubs like Stoke Everton ext will also be in for him , so i cant see us getting him for 1or 2 mill, if he takes a wage cut at 4 mill he will be well worth it, plus if he is enjoying his time here and gets on well with the lads we will have first dibs
