Just about to go to bed and i thought i would leave you with this article to help you sleep.

    http://www.nufcblog.com/2011/07/03/newcastle-may-take-wayne-bridge-on-season-long-loan/

I think it will be a very good deal for both club and player becuase he is experienced at champions league level and although not great attckingly is a solid defender, pay maybe 40k a week for with and an extra 1m signing on fee.

i know there would be mixed reactions but TBH i'm not that botherd about wages, i dont pay them and we all know you would pay gervinho 70k a week to play for us.

    What do you think?

P.S - i only think it would be a good deal on a loan basis, not a permement deal

At least if it's on loan he might actually try to impress...admittedly this should've been the same at West Ham but i can clutch at straws if i want to!

This confirms it then Joses a goner, Bridge is solid and got some unfair stick, but no way is he good enough to replace Jose

Gotta say, don't see how 'this confirms it'. Hey, I heard we've signed Messi, I guess that confirms Shola's off to Barca...

Would rather his fit birds play instead of him, at least that way we'd have something worth staring at

I think if Wayne Bridge still has the desire to do well then it's worth a go - sadly, I think he's gone the same way as Stephen Ireland and is just looking to see out his career in the top-flight on the highest wage possible.

I think he is too old to consider.
    1) His wages would be too high for Ashley being 31 (next week if I read it correctly on another article)
    2) I think he is past his sell by date and only in it for the money (much like reason 1)
    3) Was dire at West Ham.

The best in his position for for a long time, but his best days are well behind him.

80k a week and I'd still want Fergy played ahead of him.

This, just because nufcblog post something doesn't mean its true. I could make a blog and start posting anything I wanted. In no way does this article confirm that jose is a goner.
