I ****ing hate when a player gets fouled, he immediately shouts to the ref and waves an imaginary card to try and get the player booked... Seen this loads last night during Man U/Bayern game.
Im sure a few years back Fifa or Uefa or someone said it was a bookable offence itself? Maybe if they followed through with this then it would cut it out? That said i felt it a bit hypocritical of Ferguson to say Bayern got Rafael sent of? Firstly his stupid deliberate foul meant it was a bookable offence, and secondly Manu have been more than guilty of rounding on the ref when agreived - so you get what you give!! Man U lost cuz they let in a stupid late goal in Munich and a stupid goal just before half time! i feel both those goals more crucial than Rafaels red card
Agreed... Also thought Ferguson made some stupid subsitions... With 10 men you need someone to aim for/to hold teh ball up as much as possible... Berbatov should have bene on earlier (as soon as Rafel was off) or as soon as Rooney hurt his ankle in the 1st half. Think SAF shoudl nwo retire...there is no way he can beat LFCs Euro trophy haul now.
Choking the chicken......Bashing the bishop......Spanking the monkey.........all terms obsolete, now replaced with "Waving the Card".
...............and why cant I get the youtube thing to work , used to work before all this change , I hate change
