Yeah he is , and this is a real shame ,coz he was having a good season ,and was on the fringes of better things! Hope he comes back stronger for it next season, nice young man who will always take time out to reply on twitter!

    Devastating news.

The crumb of comfort is that his contract is three years, whereas most lads his age will be released at the end of their scholarships. That extra year's safety blanket should ensure that this doesn't do long term harm to his career prospects.

Yep, gutted for him. We'll have to wait ages to get going now, but much more importantly, poor kid! He was playing last week, this all seems very sudden!

On a positive note...of the few younger players that have had injuries and operations this season, so far he seems very up beat about it...so hopefully his positive attitude will bring him a quicker recovery...

A lot of them have had bad knocks this year, wondering if its just bad luck ,or if something is wrong somewhere that could be improved!

Perhaps it is playing at grass roots level where it is blood and thunder, more finesse less injuries. Not that the Championship is full of grace and players strolling around but if your playing at a non-league level it is or can be nasty, no holds barred scenario! IMO
