Yes I hope we go for Alf -(Adam Le Fondre) - He looks very quick in and around the penalty box and could be another Kevin Phillips. I think he could make the difference to our season.
Le Fondre is worth about 500k but Apparently Rotheram want more. On Wikipedia it showed he played for Watford before but that was edited by some Idiot.

Yes Norway I think he (Alf) would be a great addition to the squad and I can see him making a big difference. With Sordell, Iwelumo and Deeney as our experienced strike force we are short on options and realistically they might struggle to get 30 goals between them. If Gavin Massey makes the step up this season then possibly we will have enough fire power - but with injuries and suspensions we are going to be very short up front at some stage. Adam Le Fondre looks a natural goal scorer to me and a real penalty box striker - we don't have one and we need him.
I don't get this Le Fondre comment, who in their right minds thinks he is better than Sordell? Deeney cost £325k + unspecified add ons, I presume a chunk would be if we got promoted, but let's face it he hasn't done himself any favours as he looks totally lost. In all fairness he is not a target man, he is not pacey and he doesn't read the game like DG. If we were to spend another big fee it has to be for someone who is better than what we have and ALF isn't it IMO.
I reckon he will be sound. He got a good review from the experts overall, even taking into account the start. I didn't see it, but it did sound that we ought to try one of our other options at right back. No name, but he didn't sound good.
