This performance and result today is why I think automatics aren’t on the table this season. Finishing in the playoffs is definitely on and would make for an excellent season.

    Still an excellent start overall.

Well in this case his poor decision has cost the point.

Mind saying that I'm tired of seeing us wide open on our left hand side where he had to drop in and cover, definitely seems an issue for us.

Stupid challenge. Absolutely no need to make it. It costs us top spot. Never mind, we've 2 home games coming up. Can't take anything for granted in The Championship

He's this seasons target, it started from game 1 and will continue.

10 other players didn't exactly set the world on fire today but Neil will be the focus

So frustrating. That game was there to be won in the last 15 minutes and we've ended up throwing it away.

Can't dwell on it, 6 more points to play for in the next week.

I'm pretty set on Neil being a sitter. He really isn't an 8, he can't do the things Jobe/Rigg/Browne do. However, he's been really poor and has cost us hugely here and could've easily cost us against Burnley. Samed hasn't came to sit on the bench so I want to see him in for Neil ASAP.

Top half is really tight 6 points separating 1st and 11th.

I don't get how some who I really value their opinion see it like that. Maybe it's the new modern way of a CDM. I don't get it.

I want my CDM to be cast iron, make minimal mistakes, screen and win duels.

Neil is absolutely class but literally the opposite of the above. He plays little cute balls throgh the lines, looks after the ball and has an engine. If he or Rigg need to make way then so be it. Someone has to, CDM is a very weak area for us.

He gave away a penalty with an awful challenge, let's look at the whole game rather than focus on 1 incident.

How was meant to marking their wingback at the corner they scored from?

He should be. His error cost us a point.

He has also been poor this season with a red and poor games. Not sure we can ignore reality to not have a boo boy mate. He needs to step up and lead. After all, that's what captains do. Not a red and a pen against after a handful of games.

I disagree, he WAS a promising young player, but unfortunately he hasn't kicked on, if anything he's gone backwards. He gets a ****load of leeway because he's 'one of our own', but he's a liability more and more regularly. I wouldn't have him anywhere near our squad, and to make him captain was just stupid, he's never shown any leadership qualities, its this obsession with local players that's got him it, God knows why.

Sorry mate but that’s nonsense. Neil gets more than his fair share of plaudits for being average more often than not and now he’s playing poor he’s apparently a target. Give over. In my opinion he was poor against Cardiff, sent off at Burnley, brought back in against Plymouth and had a poor game then he’s been dreadful today and given away a penalty. I understand he’s playing a role that rarely gets the credit it deserves but he looks shot,

Hope Neil gets the winner on Tuesday though, the lad needs a lift, he’s had a slow start to the season but he’s a very good player and one of us, he’s cost us the point today but we don’t need to tear him to shreds i’m sure he’s aware and just as annoyed as us fans

A positive note, Jobe was excellent second half and honestly I think we were pretty good from 45-85. Didn't like the Roberts and Isidor withdrawals though.

1st half abysmal, can't play like that again and expect to still be in the game. A better team would've been 2/3 ahead.

Don't want to see Rusyn again. May be harsh but absolutely not good enough.

Neil must improve. We have good players coming back to fitness, he can't keep making braindead decisions and expect to remain in the lineup.

We move on. Big week ahead.
