There's so many talented young players breaking through to light-up the Premier League this year - I hope the future is just as productive. There are a lot of kids around but for every Jones or Wilshere there are dozens more prospects who don't live up to expectations. The most exciting kid currently causing is a stir is one of ours, known as Morrison. By all accounts he really is a player to rave about. New Year, new start for us - I just hope Morrison sorts himself out because there is nothing worse than seeing a young player not make the best use of his talent. The problem we have with here is players as young as 16 signing a contracts with a Premier League and think they've cracked it. But logically, that's when they're required to put hard work in to kick start of their careers. And if they don't have character to go with their natural talent, they've got no chance in making it. The rewards for being a Premier League footballer are there for all of us to see — huge houses, fast cars, jewellery and all the attention one could ever want. But this game demands discipline, commitment, and sacrifices. That's why I refrain myself from predicting whether or not young players are going to make it as it's a risky business. According to numerous United fans I've discussed this topic with believe Morrison is the best talent to emerge from the club's academy since Scholes, and that really is saying something. And there's a lot of fans including me questioning Morrison's desire to become a professional. If anyone can put Morrison back on the right rack, then it's SAF — but, I really hope he can sort himself out and fulfil everyone's expectations of him.
