west ham down to 10 men and loosing 2-0 there players are starting to get frustrated. So jimmy kebe ( god) decides to get the ball in the centre of the park and no one closes him down so he just casually pulls both his socks up while the ball is in play at his feet. Collision then charges over to kebe and punches him in the face and then get sent off. Best think i have ever seen ** Comedy Gold **

 

Seems like we really lost our discipline today which is unusual. Congrats on the win.

 

I think West Ham are finding out that, even in this league, if you have an off day (or decide to just stroll out and win) there are quite a few teams capable of turning you over.

 

West Ham are having a great season. A bit of a wobble of late but 2nd place, 3 points off top is a great place to be heading into the xmas period. Allardyce is doing an unbelievable job for them.

I agree with it all, i play on tuesday nights and if a player is caught taking the piss when up in a decent score line, teams will get wound up and start picking the players off! Collison didnt hit him hard enough! Total disrespect, regardless of who it is!

I think the word 'punch' is a bit misleading, a punch is with a closed fist, Collison was stupid for doing what he did, but players throwing themselves to the floor and holding their faces because someone has pushed them in the chest is symptomatic of all that is wrong with football, it's full of cheats.

 

The funny thing about it is Jimmy Kebe is now injured cos of it!

I actually think that kebe was clever with what he did (although he didn't have to roll around on the floor). I remember only a year a go, i was talking some **** in the penalty area waiting for the corner to come in and the guy hit me in the face, i didnt react and he got sent off, we ended up winning because of it. At the end of the day, its about winning and i wouldn't say do whatever it takes to win but to a certain extent its clever play

Kebe was a prick A) because he didn't even need to pull his socks up and looked like a muppet pulling one up to his knee and B) because he went down like a right wimp when he got a little shove. But he doesn't deserve to get pushed just because he deliberately takes his time on the ball. The message he's conveying is 'you lot can't even be bothered closing us down, you're ****'. And it seems he touched a nerve, because he wasn't wrong that game.
