There was some rumours towards the end of the window that Anderlecht wanted to sign Marcin Wasilewski again but we wouldnt allow it. Anderlecht has now said he wanted to return but we blocked the move Surprising on a few levels because they let him go a year ago and Wasilewski only just signed a new deal swell. Nigel Pearson has spoke of his love of Wasilewski for his uncompromising style so he wouldnt of wanted him to leave and with Matt Upson injured until Christmas it would have left us with only 2 centre halfs in Moore and Morgan.
