I remeber Arsene stating in an interview before that in his opinion, players hit their prime in their late 20's - early 30's. With the current form of RvP, Arteta playing well, and Santos steadily improving, is Wenger correct in this regard, or does it only affect certain players? If he's correct, i can't wait to see how good Wilshere and Ramsey will be in the future.

Really ? When did he state this ?
I know he's gone back on his policy of 30+ year olds getting 1 year deals only, I just wondered when he acknowledged that policy was flawed

IMO playes who rely on pace peak earlier than those who rely on skill and technique. And CB's tend to peak later than midfielders, GK's peak latest of all.

I don't care what AW says - he talks in riddles, changes his mind - why take any notice.
I'm just interested in how he uses the squad, what tactics? ( ha ha) he employs and how he decides substitutions.
